Shamanic Journeying and Drumming Session

Every Third Saturday of the month, 6 - 8 PM

Shamanic drumming uses a repetitive rhythm that begins slowly and then gradually builds in intensity to a tempo of three to seven beats per second. The ascending tempo will induce light to deep trance states, and facilitate the shamanic techniques of journeying.

Generally shamanic journeying is a way of communicating with your inner or soul self to retrieve information.

This is basically drumming meditation. Rich let us know it would be his pleasure to share some of his Frame Drums and rattles to use during the session.

A recommended love offering of $10-$20 will be accepted at the event.
