Heart Space is returning and will meet every Wednesday at 1pm.

This group is a sacred container for self-expression. It is a space for all to practice speaking from the heart and listening with the intention of understanding rather than responding. This is a great place to share a story, to laugh, to grieve, to celebrate, to vent, or to simply be seen and heard in a loving and accepting environment.

Some changes:

• Heart Space is now open to all ages

• This group will no longer include discussion on weekly topics, as I have created a separate container for this.

*For the time being, masks/face coverings will be required inside the building, regardless of your vaccination status. We will also be maintaining at least 6 feet of distance at all times inside the building. If you cannot follow these guidelines, you will be asked to leave- PERIOD.
