Forgiveness Meditation

  • Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86746007158 (map)

Facilitated by Angela Alcantar

From the ancestral Hawaiian tradition of reconciliation and forgiveness, Morrnah Simeona developed a new form of the Ho’oponopono process so that all people could use it individually, rather than needing to have a guide or priest.

A premise of Ho’oponopono is that we are weighed down by our memories. The objective of this process is to free ourselves from these memories and beliefs, thus lifting the veil they form, revealing the divinity within each of us, and allowing us to discover who we really are. Fears and memories are transmuted into pure Love.

“Peace starts with me and no one else.”

Each Thursday, we will use this process to help create greater peace within our own consciousness and therefore create greater peace in the world.

There are four parts to the process:

  • I’m sorry: for whatever pain, conflict, or discord I have created, or errors I have made.

  • Please forgive me: because I did not know I had that inside of me.

  • Thank you: for the opportunity to release and cleanse this memory.

  • I love you: to my inner divinity—I love myself.

1st Thursday each month, 7:30-8am PST
